Standard Delivery

• Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 13:00 (CET/Brussels Time) on business days are shipped the very same day. Deliveries are usually completed within 1–3 working days, depending on the destination.
• Trusted Carriers: We collaborate with Bpost (for Belgium) and PostNL (for the Netherlands) to ensure safe and efficient shipping.
• Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 13:00 or during weekends/public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Business & Corporate Orders

• Official Invoices: Business customers automatically receive VAT-compliant invoices with all the necessary details for bookkeeping. For tailored requirements or bulk orders, please contact our team via info@gsmkoop.be.

Insurance & Delivery Guarantee

All shipments are insured against loss, theft, or transport damage. In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged or does not reach you:

1. Contact our customer service immediately at info@gsmkoop.be.
2. If damage occurred, please provide clear photos of the packaging and product for verification.
3. We will liaise directly with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Depending on the case, a replacement item or a full refund will be issued. Resolution typically takes 5–7 business days.

Additional Delivery Information

• Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding Belgian and Dutch public holidays.
• As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to follow your delivery status in real time.
• If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection at the nearest service point.
