Privacy Policy
At GSMKoop.be, operated by SKI EUROPE, we value your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal data.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website or make a purchase.
1. About Our Data Processing
We process personal data only when necessary to provide our services and in full compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Webshop Platform
Our store is powered by WooCommerce.
Our hosting services are managed by trusted third parties who may have technical access to certain data but are contractually forbidden from using it for their own purposes.
Hosting & Security
We use Cloudflare for hosting optimization and security.
Cloudflare processes personal data on our behalf to protect the website and ensure performance but does not use this data independently.
Email & Newsletters
We use SendinBlue for transactional emails and newsletters.
All order confirmations and communications are sent via SendinBlue’s servers.
Each marketing email contains an unsubscribe link to opt out at any time.
SendinBlue does not use your data for its own purposes.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Stripe receives customer details (name, address, payment data) solely to complete your transaction.
They apply advanced encryption and may process anonymized data for service improvements.
Reviews
We work with WebwinkelKeur and TrustPilot to collect verified customer reviews.
These platforms may contact you to confirm authenticity or gather feedback.
Your review data may be shared with us to link reviews to actual orders.
Shipping & Logistics
For order delivery, we share necessary information (name, address, contact details) with our logistics partners Bpost (Belgium) and PostNL (Netherlands).
Data is used only for completing deliveries. Subcontractors, if involved, receive only essential delivery data.

Our accounting is managed through MoneyBird.
Customer details necessary for invoices and bookkeeping are processed securely and kept strictly confidential.

When purchasing via Bol.com or other partner platforms, relevant order data is shared with us for fulfillment.
We handle this information with the same level of protection as orders placed directly on our website.
