Below you’ll find the circumstances under which refunds or replacements are available, along with our return process.
When You Can Request a Refund
Right of Withdrawal: If you change your mind, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund—no questions asked. This extends your statutory 14-day EU withdrawal right, giving you extra flexibility and peace of mind.
Order Not Delivered: If your order has not arrived within 30 days from the expected delivery date, please contact us at info@gsmkoop.be. We will investigate with the carrier and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Damaged on Arrival: Should your product arrive damaged, please send clear photos of the packaging and item to info@gsmkoop.be. Once confirmed, we will provide a replacement or a full refund—whichever you prefer.
Faulty Product: If your item develops a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, contact us with proof of purchase and supporting evidence (e.g., photos or video). We will evaluate the claim and arrange a refund or replacement.
Incorrect Item Received: If you received the wrong product, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will send you a prepaid return label, and once the item is received, we will ship the correct product or issue a full refund.
Refund & Return Process
Contact Us: Email our support team at info@gsmkoop.be with your order number, the reason for return, and any required photos.
Documentation: Provide proof of purchase and evidence (if applicable) such as pictures of the damage or defect.
Prepaid Return Label: For eligible returns, we will provide a free prepaid shipping label. Print the label, pack the item securely in its original packaging, and attach the label.
Return Shipping: Send the package back to us. Transit time is typically 1–2 business days.
Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

We cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns.
Refunds are always made to the same payment method used for purchase.
Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it.
The consumer has 30 days to revoke the order and report the return.
After reporting the return, the retailer has 14 days to refund the order amount (including shipping costs)
