SECTION 14 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS & REFUNDS)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.
After registering your return, you must send the item back within 14 days.
After reporting the return, the retailer has 14 days to refund the order amount (including shipping costs).

Returned products must include all accessories and, if reasonably possible, be in their original condition and packaging.
If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to examine the product, a reduction in value may be charged.

SECTION 15 – DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS & WARRANTY CLAIMS

If a product you purchased proves defective within the warranty period, you may request repair, replacement, or a refund.
You must notify us of the defect within one year of discovering it.
Complaints are reviewed within 30 days of receipt.
For justified claims, we will cover return shipping costs.
